Quiz

The quiz runs in your browser, and your answers are saved only in your browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us unless you join a waitlist: if you sign up on a browser where you’ve taken the quiz, a short summary of your quiz answers (codes for the topics that came up, your tax-residency country and, if you ticked it, that you are a US citizen; up to 200 characters) is sent and stored together with your email signup, so we can send your results and the kit parts that match them. Each signup form says this next to the button, and submitting the form is your consent to it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Email list

If you join our list, we collect your email address, the page you signed up from, your language preference and, if you took the quiz, the quiz summary described above. We use them to send updates about Colombia Ready and the Colombia Owner Kit and, when you signed up after the quiz, to send your results and the kit parts that match them. We do not sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us. Our email provider processes the data on our behalf.

Email and quiz-summary data are kept while you stay subscribed and for 24 months after you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, unless a longer legal retention applies. Payment data we receive from Stripe is kept only as long as needed for delivery, refunds and tax duties, then deleted or anonymized.

Payments

Pre-orders of the Colombia Owner Kit are paid through Stripe, which processes payments for us. Stripe collects your card or payment details directly under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy); we never see or store your full card number. We receive what we need to deliver the kit and handle refunds: your name, email, country, the amount, and the payment status.

Local storage & counts

We store your language choice and your quiz answers in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. When someone clicks the pre-order button or reaches the pre-order confirmation page, we add one to a daily total for that button and language. That count includes no email, IP address, cookie or identifier.

We link to official websites (government sites and the RNT portal run by Confecámaras), which have their own privacy policies.

To access, correct, update or delete your data, or to withdraw your authorization, write to [email protected]. Residents of Colombia may exercise their rights under Ley 1581 de 2012 (including the right to know, update, correct and delete their data, and to complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio); residents of other jurisdictions may have rights under local law.
