Colombia Owner Kit: pre-order terms
Who sells it. The Colombia Owner Kit is sold by Skystone Properties LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 2009 Woodhead, Houston, TX 77019, USA, the publisher of Colombia Ready. Prices are in US dollars (USD). Contact: [email protected].
What you buy. A founding pre-order of the Colombia Owner Kit for a one-time payment of US$79 (US dollars; no subscription). You get the digital files listed on the kit page under “In your files”, in English and Spanish, plus the parts listed there as “Added during your 12 months of updates” when they are published. It is a personal-use licence: you may print and use the files for your own properties and share them with your own lawyer, accountant or preparer, but not resell or republish them.
Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. You are charged when you place the pre-order. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion.
Delivery. We will email a download link to the address you used at checkout by November 27, 2026. If we can’t meet that date, we will email you before it passes with a new date, and you can choose a full refund or wait. Your 12 months of updates start on the delivery date. An “update” is a change to a covered rule, deadline, form or official fee that affects what a file says; we update the file, date the change on the changelog and email you.
Refunds
Refunds and cancellation. Colombia Ready is sold by Skystone Properties LLC, a Texas (USA) company. This is a US$79 digital pre-order with delivery scheduled by Nov 27, 2026. Before delivery: cancel at any time for a full refund. If we can't deliver by that date, we'll tell you and you may cancel for a full refund. After delivery: you may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of the date we email your download link, even if you have downloaded it, no reason required. To request one, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We'll confirm receipt with a reference number. Approved refunds are paid in full, with no deductions, to your original payment method within 15 calendar days. After that window, sales are final, except where the kit was not delivered or is materially different from its description, or where applicable law gives you additional rights.
Education, not advice. The kit is educational material built from official sources. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and buying it does not create a lawyer-client, accountant-client or advisory relationship. Rules change and depend on your facts; confirm what applies to you with a licensed Colombian lawyer or contador and a qualified tax professional in your country of residence.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. To the extent permitted by applicable law, exclusive venue for disputes is in the state or federal courts in Harris County, Texas. Nothing here limits any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
